This 900 square foot apartment features high ceilings, river views, and extensive use of salvaged lumber for the open shelves and kitchen cascading island. There is a sleeping loft w/ walk- in closet and bathroom. There is a full kitchen with gas range w/ two ovens, a large refrigerator, a microwave, laundry, and dishwasher. There is also a story to tell about the large graphic signage spelling out "Furniture. Imagine that the adjacent building with the outdoor signage graphic was there first and this building build later encapsulated it. For 140 years that graphic was hidden above the plaster ceiling until discovered and preserved with this building renovation.
